Program Objectives

The primary objective of the Leadership Extension program is to provide a comprehensive leadership development program that will enable Extension faculty to enhance their abilities to teach youth and adults leadership skills.

1. Improve leadership and management skills.
2. Enhance communication skills.
3. Improve efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out
   supervisory and programmatic responsibilities.
4. Become aware of contemporary leadership and management issues.
5. Develop comradery and trust among participants
   to enhance teamwork.
